The lawsuit stems from the 2010 release of the iPad when apple reached an agreement with five publishers to release books on the ibookstore. DOJ claim apple colluded to raise the price with CBS. I think every other company is jealous of apple. Steve Jobs set up a great company. If they want to earn money they don't need to sue apple, but instead create your own company.
